Chat bot

Since 2014, during the first missions carried out for Keolis group, bookBeo has acquired skills and developed tools capable of creating chat bots - conversational agents -, first on Twitter, then with the help of third-party distribution platforms, on the Web and on Facebook Messenger.

The added value provided by bookBeo :

• data processing (including passenger information on public transport networks, applicable to any sector) ;

• the comprehension of the received messages, by natural language processing algorithms;

• the provision of the most appropriate responses to the context and the follow-up of conversations.
